Terms of Service

By accessing or using NanoPaws (“the Service”) at nanopaws.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NanoPaws is a one-time-purchase web service that uses AI to generate stylised portrait images of your pet from photos you upload. You select style categories, upload photos, pay a one-time fee, and receive a gallery of AI-generated images.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantee that every generated image will meet your expectations — AI image generation is a probabilistic process and results vary.

• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Due to the digital and immediately-consumable nature of the Service (AI generation begins immediately after payment), we do not offer refunds once generation has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your gallery, contact us at hello@nanopaws.app and we will make it right.

• You must own or have the right to use all photos you upload. Do not upload photos of people without their consent, images depicting illegal content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• By uploading photos, you grant NanoPaws a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your gallery.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
• Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your purchase.

• You own the generated images produced from your photos for personal, non-commercial use.
• Generated images may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g. resale, advertising) without prior written permission.
• Generated images are stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Download them before expiry.
• We reserve the right to refuse generation of content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that are obscene, illegal, or violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• Use automated tools to create multiple orders to circumvent rate limits or pricing.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and block access for violations of these terms.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Gallery generation typically completes within 15–30 minutes. In rare cases it may take longer due to AI service load. If your gallery fails to generate within 24 hours, contact us for a resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoPaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or dissatisfaction with generated images.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

The NanoPaws name, logo, website design, and all non-generated content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
